Born and raised in Central Florida by two loving and caring parents, Lacey always wanted to help others and approached everyone with empathy, compassion, and safety. Growing up in a household as the youngest of three, she took on the role of a mediator, assisting those she came in contact with, furthering her passion for helping others. After taking a Psychology course in high school, she realized that her calling would be in the Mental Health field, including a passion for working with children.

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Lacey began her counseling experience at Milestone Counseling Inc. as a Student Intern in September 2018, shadowing other therapists and developing an understanding of the therapeutic process. Currently, Lacey is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, working towards licensure since graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling.

With experience from working with children and adolescents in a school setting, along with her own personal struggles with anxiety and depressive symptoms, Lacey is eager to help others navigate the bumpy roads of life and provide a safe space to express themselves to be heard and validated.
